Kodestack provides platforms and tools to help software engineering teams build better, safer products, faster. This includes Kodelens — a code intelligence platform combining code quality analysis, security scanning, and AI-powered fix suggestions — and a self-service developer infrastructure platform currently in development. These Terms govern your access to and use of all Kodestack products and services (collectively, "the Service").
To access the Service, you must provide a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at hello@kodestack.io if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You retain all rights to the data, code, and content you connect to or import into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Kodestack a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service on your behalf. We will not access your repositories or data beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

Kodestack offers free and paid plans. Free plans are subject to usage quotas which may change over time. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Stripe. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and quotas with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings within the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, remain inactive for an extended period, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you consider critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodestack's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
